In the beginning of my CSI years, I had a lot to remember when on scenes. It's easy to get tunnel vision when you get excited and hard to slow down to think sometimes. So, we used preset forms for different types of scenes and evidence. I am currently building these preset forms out for Bigfoot investigations. You are free to use them.
